Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while also ensuring efficient scheduling for all our clients. Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover operational costs. No-Shows: If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee will be charged. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule your service. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and find a suitable alternative date. Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Same-Day Rescheduling: Same-day rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Large Projects: For large projects, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the project.
