Sprinkler System Repairs carry a $150 minimum. The appointment is scheduled for up to 1 hour 30 minutes of diagnosis, with the repair included if it can be completed within that window. Work beyond that is billed at $75 per person, per hour.

Yes. Materials and labour are guaranteed for 30 days. Two things are not covered: damage caused by neglect of the finished work, and weather. If something is wrong with what we did, tell us inside those 30 days and we will put it right.

Those are free wherever you are, and the website option is the most accurate because you can give the scope and measurements. Our AI receptionist can also give you a range at any hour. An on-site visit is free inside Loop 610, $50 between Loop 610 and Beltway 8, and $100 outside Beltway 8, paid before the visit and credited against the project as part of the deposit. One-off jobs carry a mobilization fee on those same zones, which recurring customers do not pay. On-site estimate days are Wednesday and Saturday.

Yes. There is a $150 minimum on every service, with one exception: regular recurring weekly lawn care, which has a $60 minimum per visit. Monthly gardening carries a $250 minimum per month. The minimum is a floor rather than a quote, so a larger job is billed on the hours it takes. On a one-off job outside Loop 610 the mobilization fee sits on top of the minimum rather than inside it.

The rate is $75 per person, per hour through the busy season, April to November. For recurring customers in the slow season, December to March, it is $64 per person, per hour. Work is billed by the hours actually worked on site, from arrival to finish, so a two-hour visit with a two-person crew is four hours of labour. A one-off job outside Loop 610 also carries a mobilization fee of $50 inside Beltway 8 or $100 beyond it. Projects are quoted case by case unless you would rather we simply work at the standard hourly rate.

On arrival. The clock starts when the crew reaches the property and stops when the work is finished, so no driving time is billed to you. Getting there is covered by the mobilization fee instead, which is a published figure you can check before anything starts. The rate is billed per person, so two hours with a two-person crew is four hours of labour.

In the event of inclement weather we may need to cancel or reschedule your service. We make every effort to notify you in advance and find a suitable alternative date.

For large projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. That deposit is applied to the final cost of the project.
