Quotes by phone, video or online are free, and on-site estimates are free inside Loop 610, $50 inside Beltway 8 and $100 beyond. One-off jobs carry a mobilization fee on those same zones. A finished landscape needs a plan to stay finished. Landscaping maintenance rolls the recurring work into one schedule, covering lawn, beds, shrubs, irrigation checks and seasonal care, so nothing falls through the gaps between separate vendors and nobody has to be chased.

What does a maintenance plan cost?

What does landscape maintenance include?
Lawn care, bed and shrub work, seasonal clean-ups and an irrigation check on each visit, scoped to the property. Anything the property does not need is left out rather than billed.
How is this different from booking lawn care and gardening separately?
Scope and coordination. Lawn Care is mowing and edging; Gardening is bed and plant work. Landscaping Maintenance covers both, plus irrigation checks and seasonal work on one schedule, which suits larger properties and commercial sites better than booking each piece.
