Quotes by phone, video call, email or text are free wherever you are. An on-site visit is free inside Loop 610, $50 between Loop 610 and Beltway 8, and $100 outside Beltway 8. That fee is paid before the visit and comes straight off the project as part of the deposit, so on a job that goes ahead it costs nothing. One-off jobs carry a mobilization fee on those same zones, so the distances only have to be learned once, and recurring customers pay neither. On-site estimate days are Wednesday and Saturday. Overview
Most projects do not need anyone to drive out before you get a number. Describe the work on the phone, send photos by text or email, or walk us round on a video call, and you will get a range and a straight answer about what the job involves. All of that is free, anywhere we work.
The on-site visit is for the projects that genuinely need it. Grade, drainage, soil and light decide what will work, and none of those read properly from a photograph. An estimator walks the property with you, and the written estimate follows within a week.

Is the estimate free?
By phone, video call, email or text, yes, anywhere we work. For an on-site visit it depends where you are: free inside Loop 610, $50 between Loop 610 and Beltway 8, and $100 outside Beltway 8. That fee is credited against the project as part of the deposit, so if the work goes ahead it costs nothing. Why is there a charge outside the Loop?
An on-site visit is a couple of hours of an estimator's day once travel is counted, and that time comes out of the same pool as the work itself. Charging for the further ones, and crediting it back when the job goes ahead, keeps the schedule for people who are ready to move. If you are not at that stage yet, the phone, video and online options are free and will still get you a number.
How do I get a quote without a site visit?
Four ways, all free. Call and talk it through. Describe the project on the website, which is the most accurate of the four because you can give the scope and measurements. Send photos by text or email. Or set up a video call and walk us round. Our AI receptionist can also give you a range at any hour.

Does the appointment happen at my property?
