SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Luxury Landscaping Customer Care is a text messaging program run by LuxuryLandscaping LLC.

Program description

When you opt in on our quote, contact or booking forms, we send customer care messages about your request: replies to your inquiry, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling changes, and service or invoice updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

Opting in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms and submitting it. The box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request and appointments.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you and we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again on our website or text START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Quotes and Services

Estimates

Quotes and estimates, including those prepared online or by our estimate assistant, are good-faith ranges based on the information you provide. They are not binding until confirmed in writing after we have seen the property.

Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and weather. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Deposits and payment

Some services and larger projects require a deposit to secure the booking. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Access to your property

You agree to give our crews safe access to the work area at the scheduled time and to tell us about anything we should know, such as gate codes, pets, irrigation lines or buried utilities.

Using This Website

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the website, including by submitting spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

Content

The text, photographs, logos and other content on this website belong to LuxuryLandscaping LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
